Return/ Refund Policy

  • 1. No refund for delivered products. No return and exchange for any products. If you have any queries in received products, kindly reach out to our customer support team within 24 hours through WhatsApp at 9446046309 for easy communication.

  • 2. If any damage or mismatch in delivered products then take the images and video as per customer support request which will be addressed in 48 hours. If the customer support team asks for additional images or videos of damage or mismatch to understand the complaint to be resolved.

  • 3. If the order is packed and dispatched and returned to the origin is not eligible for replacement or refund.

  • 4. If the product is damaged in transit, that particular products will be replaced based on the packing terms and conditions. For live plants, replacement confirmation will be done by the customer support team. If plants are in a plantable condition it is not be considered as damage. In case of replacement of products, shipping charge is applicable.

  • 5. For cancellations of orders, charges are applicable and they should be done on the same day from the order date otherwise it will be moved packing, and cancellation is not possible.

  • 6. If you need to change any detail on your order, please contact us within 24 hours of the purchase. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or returned. Kindly note that refund will be processed only in the case of material damage or dead plants.


Cancellation Policy


  • 1. If a customer changes their mind and wants to cancel the order, then they have to contact our Customer Care executive within 24 hrs of booking. The cancellation will not be valid until it is confirmed by our respective department.

  • 2. Cancellation requests will be considered only if the product is not dispatched. Once the order is shipped, customer cannot cancel the order.
